Areas of Practice include:

1. Litigation: Commercial, Company and Insolvency, Chancery, Land Law including landlord and tenant and planning, Judicial Review and Personal Injury.

2. Advisory: In addition to litigation, I provide strategic advice and direction to Government Departments, public and private organisations and individuals.

2005; Called to the Bar of Northern Ireland

2005; Certificate in Professional Legal Studies with Distinction, Queen’s University Belfast

2004; Teaching Fellow in Transitional Justice Institute, Course Director for LLM Masters Students and lectured in Land Law and Equity and Trusts

2003; Part time lecturer in Public Law, Land Law and the Law of Evidence.
