Aoife was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2019 and is available to accept instructions in all areas of practice. She enjoys a varied practice having gained experience in personal injury, professional negligence, commercial matters and defamation actions.
Aoife has a background in criminal defence work, appearing regularly in the Magistrates’ Court and Youth Court in contested hearings and applications, and has significant experience working with vulnerable individuals.
As part of a wide-ranging practice, Aoife recurrently appears in public and private family law matters across, and Non-Molestation Orders applications
across all court tiers. Aoife has further experience in matrimonial and ancillary relief proceedings.
