Biography

Aoife was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2019 and appears in public law and private law family matters across all Court tiers, with further experience in non-molestation order and occupation orders, and matrimonial and ancillary relief proceeding.

Aoife has a particular interest in personal injury litigation and commercial litigation, and receives instructions in respect of road traffic collisions, harassment injunctions, employer’s liability matters and return of goods cases.

As part of a a varied practice Aoife regularly represents individuals in criminal proceedings dealing with contested hearings and applications.

Aoife is also appointed to the Government Legal Service (GLSNI) Civil Panel of Counsel and to the Junior Counsel Bank for BSO Legal Services (DLS), which provides legal services to the public health and social care sector in Northern Ireland.
