Biography

Ben is a senior junior with a busy and diverse practice. His areas of expertise include judicial review and public law, extradition, regulatory law, criminal law and coronial law. Ben appears both at first instance and before the highest appellate courts. These include the Supreme Court, the Northern Ireland Court of Appeal and the Divisional Court. His Supreme Court experience includes both judicial review and extradition appeals. Ben is frequently instructed in complex proceedings and has significant experience of appearing both unled and led.
