Bobbie-Leigh was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2014. She practices mainly in the areas of Criminal Law, Judicial Review and Coronial Law. Bobbie-Leigh has been involved in many Crown Court cases of all kinds, as both Prosecution and Defence Counsel. She regularly appears in the Court of Appeal in criminal appeals. She acts in Judicial Reviews on behalf of Applicants and Respondents. As a member of the Coroners’ Panel of Counsel since 2020 she has acted in inquests on behalf of the Coroner and on behalf of various Properly Interested Persons. She routinely appears in the Employment Tribunal on behalf of Claimants and Respondents and has more recently developed a practice in the High Court in personal injury and defamation actions, acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
