Conleth specialises in the areas of civil law, commercial law, planning and criminal law. He is regularly instructed to appear in the High Court and County Court in a wide range of litigation including contractual disputes, professional negligence, actions against the State, injunctions, inquests and chancery actions.
Conleth provides strategic advice and directions to a number of Local District Councils, companies and private individuals in the areas of planning, building control, health & safety and environmental law. He is habitually instructed by both private and public clients to advise on planning applications, appear at the PAC, run Judicial Review proceedings and both prosecute and defend enforcement actions.
Conleth continues to represent defendants in Crown Court trials for a variety of offences ranging from complex fraud to murder. He provides advice and directions to prosecuting authorities from the preliminary stage right through to presenting the case at trial. Conleth regularly appears in inquests instructed as counsel to the Coroner, insurance companies with PIP status and the Next of Kin.
