Biography
I was called to the Bar in October 2016. Prior to that I was a civil litigation solicitor for nearly 14 years, the last four years of which were spent as a partner and department head of my firm’s litigation team.
I am experienced in the following areas of work:-

- Defamation/Privacy/Data Protection

As a solicitor I was ranked as a Band 1 practitioner in Chambers and Partners in the “Personal Injury: Mainly Claimant” category and an up and coming practitioner in the field of litigation. Contributors commented that “He is a good negotiator. He understands the points in the case. He deals with what is relevant” and that I was “well versed in the mechanism of the litigation system and how to get the best for (my) clients”
In addition, I also have considerable experience of Professional Disciplinary Tribunals/Fitness to Practice hearings having acted both for regulators and registrants in these matters. I also have experience of a range of criminal proceedings.
