James Anderson was called to the Bar in 2011.
He has a varied practice in general civil litigation encompassing commercial law, construction law, employment law, licensing, public inquiries, professional negligence and personal injury.
He was appointed Junior Counsel to the Public Inquiry into Hyponatraemia-related deaths in March 2012.
He has acted in a range of commercial, construction, employment, licensing and personal injuries cases, and has experience advising both plaintiffs and respondents in such actions.
