The main area of Lynn’s practice is Family Law. She is regularly instructed in private and public law applications under the Children (NI) Order 1995, Divorce and Ancillary Relief proceedings, and matters in the Domestic Proceedings’ Court.
The other area of her practice is Civil Litigation and she has been instructed in a wide range of personal injury cases at both High Court and County Court level. She also has a strong interest in Chancery matters and has been instructed in Repossession, Bankruptcy and Probate cases.
Alongside the Bar, Lynn tutors Contract Law and Evidence at Queen’s University and also tutors on the Insolvency course at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
