Mark has a varied practice across the civil sphere, with a particular interest in Insolvency, Land Law and Commercial Law, with experience in the County Court and the High Court. Mark also has a particular expertise in Housing Law, and has an interest in Judicial Review, Public Inquiries and EU Law.
Mark is a member of the Government Legal Service ‘C’ Panel and of the Attorney-General for Northern Ireland’s Recently Qualified Panel.
Academically, Mark has taught EU Law, Torts Law, Public Law and Equity as an Associate Lecturer for the Open University and as a teaching assistant with Queen’s University Belfast.
Mark was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2019.
