Mel Power has been in practice for some 27 years predominantly in Civil Law. He has wide experience in Personal Injury Law and Commercial/Property Law. He has a particular interest in Chancery and Commercial cases and also in Professional Negligence and Defamation matters. He has acted in and advised in many Clinical Negligence claims, Planning Appeals, Licensing Disputes, Lands Tribunal Hearings, Coroner’s Inquests, Banking Disputes, Payment Protection Insurance Claims, Building Disputes and Judicial Reviews.
