Through experience accumulated by representing many different clients in the Magistrates Courts, Youth Courts and County Courts I am equally comfortable in my role as an advocate in both criminal and civil litigation. I frequently act as a Defence Counsel in criminal proceedings and have been successful in both acting for the Plaintiff and Defendant in civil proceedings, particularly in relation to personal injury litigation. I have experience of researching complex areas of law and contributing to Opinions and Skeleton Arguments in many High Court cases involving Administrative Law/Judicial Review, Commercial Law and Land Law. I have vast experience of representing many different clients in High Court reviews, whether in the Commercial Court, Chancery Court or the Queens Bench Division, and the various different Masters Courts of the High Court. I am also experienced in the areas of Family Law, Employment Law and Insolvency Law.
