Biography

Niall was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2022 and completed his pupillage with an experienced practitioner with a broad civil practice.

During pupillage Niall gained invaluable experience across the spectrum of civil practice areas, primarily including Commercial, Chancery, Professional Negligence, Personal Injury and Privacy/Defamation.

In addition to this, Niall had substantial exposure to Judicial Review, the Land, Mental Health and SEND Tribunals, and Inquests.

Niall is currently accepting instructions in all areas of practice.

2022;Degree of Barrister-at-Law, The Honourable Society of the Inn of Court of Northern Ireland.

2022; Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies, Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queen’s University Belfast (Distinction).
