Biography

Niamh was called to the Bar in 2016 and accepts instructions in a wide range of practice areas, with significant experience in family law and civil matters including personal injuries, contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, injunctions including protection against harassment injunctions, civil recovery work, confidential information and data protection, employer’s liability, repossession and ejectment cases, amongst others.

Niamh also has a breadth of experience in inquests and public inquiries.

Niamh is a member of the GLSNI Civil B Panel of Junior Counsel and a member of the Coroners’ C Panel of Junior Counsel.
