Mrs Gallagher’s specialist areas of practice include Judicial Review, Coronial Law, Personal Injury Law and Medical Negligence. Mrs Gallagher represents applicants and third-party interveners in judicial review proceedings. She is experienced in personal injury claims and clinical negligence on behalf of plaintiffs. She also represents the next-of-kin at inquests. Mrs Gallagher’s practice has included appearances before the Court of Appeal, High Court, County Court and Coroners’ Court. She has a particular interest in human rights, climate justice and environmental law.
Represented Northern Ireland at the International Mediation Competition in Chicago, USA in 2011.
Member of the Bar Library’s Pro Bono Committee and Charity Committee since 2014.
