Mrs Gallagher represents clients in judicial review, inquests, life sentence review hearings, clinical negligence and personal injuries. She has also represented clients in family law relocation proceedings and has a particular interest in human rights, climate justice and environmental law. Mrs Gallagher’s practice has included appearances before the Court of Appeal, High Court, County Court, Coroners’ Court and Parole Commissioners.
Represented Northern Ireland at the International Mediation Competition in Chicago, USA in 2011.
Member of the Bar Library’s Pro Bono Committee and Charity Committee from 2014.
