Biography

Rachel has a varied civil practice with a particular focus on public law and civil litigation.

She advises on a broad range of public and administrative law matters including judicial review and inquests. She has experience in a wide range of civil matters in the High Court and County Court.

She was instructed in the RHI Inquiry, and she is a member of the Counsel Team to the Muckamore Abbey Hospital Inquiry.

She is a member of the Government Legal Service ‘A’ Panel and the Coroner’s Panel of Counsel.
