Biography
I am called to the Bars of England and Wales (Gray’s Inn), Ireland and Northern Ireland. I practise in each jurisdiction.
I appear in High Court Judicial Review applications on behalf of applicants, respondents and interveners. I appear in appeals to the Court of Appeal. I appear in coronial inquests on behalf of families, The Coroners Service and Government. I act as counsel to the inquest on behalf of coroners, presenting evidence and questioning witnesses. I acted for a full participant at The Robert Hamill Inquiry. I act in criminal cases at every court level. I have represented a number of businesses in relation to health and safety proceedings including Nalco Ecolab, Biffa Waste Limited, Chain Reaction Cycles, Hayes Fuels, Readyegg Products Limited, Wrightbus Group, McLaughlin and Harvey, McCloskey International, Vertase Limited, FR Cathcart Limited, FP McCann Limited and Terex GB Limited.
