Member of the Bar of Northern Ireland since 1995. Extensive experience of criminal law at both Magistrate’s Court and Crown Court Level, involving acting for both defence and prosecution. Considerable personal injury law experience, again having acted for both defence and plaintiff’s side, with particular interest in road traffic accident cases. Varied practice involving experience in the fields of discrimination law (issues of both employment and provision/refusal of goods and services), land law (boundary disputes, adverse possession etc), inheritance disputes, bankruptcy matters, building cases, contractual and consumer issues. Member of the Bar of Ireland since 2003. Accredited Mediator, having qualified with CORE Mediation Services in 2012. Frequent speaker at CPD seminars organised by Matrix Law Training
