Biography

Stuart is accepting instructions in all areas with a particular focus on criminal law.

Stuart defends the full spectrum of criminal cases in the Crown Court and Magistrates’ Court and regularly appears before the Parole Commissioners.

Stuart maintains an employment practice representing claimants and respondents in cases in the Industrial Tribunal and appears in a wide variety of civil matters in the County and High Courts.

Stuart is an Associate Lecturer with the Open University and teaches Public and Criminal Law.
