Timothy was called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2018. He has a broad practice with a focus on civil litigation acting on behalf of Claimants and Defendants in the County Court and High Court.
As part of his practice Timothy has gained experience in various areas of civil law, particularly personal injury litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, landlord/tenant disputes, and land law. Timothy also has experience in employment matters acting on behalf of Claimants in matters of dismissal and discrimination.
Timothy accepts instructions in criminal law, appearing mainly in the Magistrates Court. Timothy has also acted in extradition matters in the County Court.
