Biography

I qualified with ADR Group as a mediator in family matters in February 2012. My training covered children (particularly residence and contact), divorce and financial resolution following divorce including maintenance and division of property.

I am a practising barrister specialising in family law with over 24 years experience.

I have experience in representing the interests of children before the courts and that role frequently involves some degree of informal mediation between the parties through their legal representatives.

I undertook formal mediation training in order to enhance my skills as a representative of children in such circumstances and also in order to provide services as a mediator.
