Biography

Rory has been involved in a number of mediations dealing with a variety of areas from high value commercial disputes, professional negligence claims and employment matters to debt actions. He has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators for 20 years.

Rory is a keen advocate of mediation and alternative dispute resolution and has in fact successfully defended a mediation agreement before the High Court in the only reported decision in Northern Ireland. Rory has an intimate understanding of the mediation process and uses his knowledge and people skills constructively to provide a tailor made mediation service to those who instruct him.
