Congratulations to Paul McLaughlin KC

Everyone at the Bar extends their warmest congratulations to Paul McLaughlin KC who was sworn into office as a High Court Judge by the Lady Chief Justice this morning.

Paul graduated from Trinity College Dublin and was called to the Bar in 1997, he took Silk in 2020. His practice at the Bar focused on public law including judicial review applications in all areas of government administration. Paul also has experience in the areas of planning, environmental law, public procurement, education and human rights.
