Consultation Response: Gillen Review’s Preliminary Family Justice Report

Lord Justice Gillen’s Review of Civil and Family Justice published a Preliminary Family Justice Report for public consultation in August 2016. This contained a number of key recommendations, including the creation of a single family court, the establishment of a Family Justice Board, a focus on problem solving courts within family justice and the introduction of paperless courts.
