Judicial Appointment

The Lord Chief Justice has appointed His Honour Judge Stephen Fowler QC as Presiding County Court Judge and Recorder of Belfast for a period of five years.

Judge Fowler was called to the Bar in September 1984 and took silk in June 2006. He was appointed as a County Court Judge in January 2011.
