Pro Bono Choir Christmas CD Raises £10,000 for Northern Ireland Hospice

The Pro Bono Choir Christmas CD ‘Midwinter’ raised £10,000 for the Northern Ireland Hospice. To accompany the launch of the CD, the choir performed two concerts over the festive season, with donations and proceeds from tickets sales also going to the charity.
Bobbie-Leigh Herdman BL, a member of the Pro Bono Choir commented;
“We are thrilled to raise these funds for the Northern Ireland Hospice. I would like to extend the Choir’s thanks for the tour of the new state of the art 18 bedroom hospice which will provide world class palliative care. We hope our donation will make a real difference to patients and families at such a difficult time.”
Marcus Cooper, Head of Fundraising at the Northern Ireland Hospice said;
“I would like to thank the Pro Bono Choir for their wonderful donation of £10,000 from the sales of their CD of Christmas Carols, ‘Midwinter’. As we look forward to caring for patients in the new Northern Ireland Hospice this Spring the support of the Pro Bono Choir is very much appreciated and will be used towards helping purchase some of the vital pieces of equipment we still need for the new Hospice”.
